Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Ella Ivy, but if you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to ship it back to us!
We will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT within 14 days of delivery of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days only. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer any store credit or exchange.
An original receipt is required for all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that appear to have been worn, altered, or not in it's original condition. All jewelry, intimates and any sale/discount merchandise can not be returned nor exchanged.
Sale items
Sale items are all sales final. Only regular priced items may be returned; sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end
If you are shipping an item back, we suggest using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. Once we receive your items, they will be processed in 1 to 3 business days, at which time you will be issued a store credit.
